A God’s Relationship

Each time I can imagine moving slower
Breaking up another time another way
But every so often there is a perfect life
A perfect lie to be told that keeps you around
The truth is always so hard for your kind
Unhealthy for the heart and soul
always echoing and shaking your interiors
rocked to the core

You aren’t used to trash of body and mind
Logic confuses or frustrated
constantly breaking until you
can’t concentrate to save your life
So you crumble to the floor
and create rivers for me to tide through
But I’ve always been on a raft

a tower
Something far above
Looking down with pity that you’ve forgotten how to climb
